wpiso Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Filipino Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wpiso ("wpiso", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing the wpiso website, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any wpiso service. Continued use of the platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account on wpiso, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are physically located in the Philippines.

• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a wpiso account suspended or permanently closed.
• You are not a current employee, director, or contractor of wpiso.

wpiso operates a one-account-per-person policy. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. wpiso reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may have their access restricted.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

You agree to notify wpiso immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. wpiso will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have contributed to the breach by sharing your credentials or failing to take reasonable precautions to protect them.

wpiso uses SSL encryption and OTP-based verification to protect account access. These security measures do not, however, substitute for your own responsibility to keep your credentials private.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on wpiso are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through local payment channels including online banking (bank transfer) and local e-wallets. Only payment methods that have been verified under your account may be used for withdrawals.

Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. wpiso is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.

05 Gaming Rules and Conduct

All games on the wpiso platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and eBingo — are governed by individual game rules available within each game or section. These Terms apply in addition to, and in conjunction with, those game-specific rules.

Outcomes in all games are determined by certified random processes (for casino and slot games) or real-world event results (for sports betting). wpiso does not manipulate game outcomes. • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in games that involve competition between players.
• Fraudulent deposits — using payment methods that do not belong to you or initiating chargebacks without a legitimate dispute.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds from illegal activities.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Exploiting technical errors or system glitches for financial gain.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, wpiso reserves the right to withhold any balance accrued through prohibited activity, including bonus funds obtained through misuse.

10 Limitation of Liability

wpiso provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses resulting from temporary downtime, technical errors, or interruptions outside of our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, wpiso's liability to any player is limited to the return of the player's actual deposited funds where a technical error or platform fault can be clearly demonstrated.

11 Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the wpiso platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
